By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Capital Trust Notary Group LLC provides notarial and related services including, but not limited to, signing agent services, general notarizations, tax preparation and filing, I-9 employment verification, fingerprinting, civil process serving, apostille processing, loan closing services, and business and individual notarizations, delivered at our office or at a mobile location of the client's choosing.
Our notaries and staff are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, or explain the legal effect of any document. If you have questions about the legal meaning or consequences of a document, please consult a licensed attorney before your appointment.
Fees consist of a travel fee (based on mileage from our Chattanooga office, generally $15–$50 round trip) and a signing fee (based on document type and complexity, generally $25–$500). A firm quote will be provided prior to confirming your appointment. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance, or through your client account for prior invoices.
Our online booking calendar reflects real-time availability at the time of viewing but is not a guarantee of appointment until confirmed by our team. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule an appointment for reasons including but not limited to incomplete documentation, unsafe conditions, or signer ineligibility.
Please see our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy for details on cancellations, rescheduling, and refund eligibility.
Clients may create an account to view signing history, upload and download documents, and pay invoices. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
